From May 2026, Law 127/2024 requires WEEE treatment operators to prove compliance with the EN 50625 and EN 50614 standards (Order 417/2021), through certificates issued by accredited bodies. WISEWEEE DASH
The platform that digitalises a WEEE treatment operator's entire flow — from waste reception to fraction sales — with complete per-company data isolation and traceability of every fraction, from collected equipment through to recovery.
- OCR collection. Receipts and weigh tickets are read automatically (OCR), with supplier autocomplete by fiscal code (CUI) and quantity allocation to ECOTIC / ECOPOSITIVE.
- SIATD integration. A browser extension picks up your acquisitions and fills the SIATD declaration automatically — workstation, SIRUTA locality, transporter — with no double entry.
- Dismantling & fraction classification. Per-equipment dismantling operations, with naming of the resulting fractions and their classification under waste codes (EWC / GD 856), secondary dismantling and a PDF treatment report.
- Fraction stock & sales. Stock by equipment and by fraction, with sales traceable to GD 856 codes and the organisation the source equipment was allocated to.
- Recovery rates. Automatic recovery and recycling rate calculation across categories CAT 1–6, with compliance status against the legal targets.
- Registers & nomenclatures. Legal waste registers and automatic nomenclature mapping for the ECOTIC and ECOPOSITIVE formats.
- Reports & exports. Dashboard, reports and Excel/PDF exports ready for submission: treatment report, traceability, accounting balance and monthly per-organisation report.
